Full Job Description
## Accountabilities In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Workday HCM and Payroll systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across global HR processes. Manage and enhance Workday Core HCM configurations including worker data, organizational structures, job architecture, and compensation frameworks. Support full employee lifecycle processes such as hiring, onboarding, job changes, absence, time tracking, and offboarding workflows. Configure and maintain business processes, security roles, condition rules, and reporting structures within Workday. Support Workday Payroll activities including payroll data validation, pay components, audits, and troubleshooting payroll results. Manage integrations between Workday and third-party payroll providers, ensuring accurate data flow and mapping. Design and support integrations using EIB, Studio, APIs (REST/SOAP), and related Workday tools. Deliver reporting and analytics using dashboards, calculated fields, and custom reports to support decision-making. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment of systems, processes, and compliance requirements. Participate in Workday releases, testing cycles, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide documentation, training, and support to ensure smooth adoption of Workday processes across teams. Requirements The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on Workday expertise across both HCM and Payroll, with a solid understanding of global HR and payroll operations. 5+ years of experience working with Workday HCM and Payroll or global payroll integrations. Strong hands-on configuration experience in Workday Core HCM, business processes, security, and reporting. Practical experience in payroll processing, audits, pay components, and working with third-party payroll vendors.
