Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Payroll solutions across complex client environments. Facilitate discovery and working sessions to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions. Advise clients on Workday Payroll best practices, process optimization, and system improvement opportunities. Manage end-to-end delivery of medium to high-complexity projects, including scope, timeline, quality, and stakeholder alignment. Provide expert troubleshooting and root cause analysis for payroll-related system issues, implementing effective resolutions. Mentor and guide junior consultants while contributing to internal knowledge sharing and delivery frameworks. Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction through consistent delivery excellence and advisory support. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Workday implementations, AMS/post-production support, or advanced client-side Workday roles. Strong expertise in Workday Payroll configuration and functional design. Proven ability to lead full lifecycle Workday projects, including scoping, design, deployment, and support. Excellent consultative and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall technical acumen. Experience working in client-facing, global delivery environments. Ability to travel occasionally (less than 5%) as required.
