Full Job Description
## Accountabilities The Workday Integrations Principal Consultant is responsible for leading integration delivery and optimization across AMS engagements, ensuring high-quality service execution and continuous improvement. Lead the integration workstream across assigned client accounts, acting as the primary onshore expert for Workday Integrations and Workday Studio solutions. Manage day-to-day AMS operations including incidents, root cause analysis, enhancements, and service requests in collaboration with offshore teams. Provide on-call and periodic holiday coverage to ensure continuity of service delivery. Drive trend analysis, identify service improvements, and contribute to the development of internal tools, assets, and best practices. Conduct estimation activities and actively support proposals, RFP responses, and solution design for new engagements. Engage directly with clients to analyze business requirements and deliver complex integration solutions aligned with Workday best practices. Mentor and guide consultants while promoting knowledge sharing and strengthening overall team capability across engagements. Requirements This role requires strong Workday integration expertise combined with consulting experience in global managed services environments. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of client-facing experience in corporate applications within a global delivery or managed services model. At least 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Workday Integrations. Deep expertise in Workday integration architecture and configuration; Workday Studio certification is required or strongly preferred. Strong understanding of post-production support, AMS methodologies, and incident management processes. Proven ability to multitask, manage priorities, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
