Nice to Have

This role blends deep integration expertise, functional understanding, and strategic leadership to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing solutions that support Athena’s continued growth. You will own the end-to-end integration landscape across Workday Core HCM, Recruiting (ATS), payroll, finance, employee performance and talent processes, and other key internal and external systems. You will ensure data flows are seamless, systems are well-governed, and solutions are designed to scale with the business. This includes supporting critical workflows across the employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to compensation, performance evaluation, and broader people operations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong configuration and integration experience, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and external partners to deliver secure, efficient, and future-ready solutions.
