Computer Sciences/Data Analytics or similar, Knowledge of HR Systems or databases preferred, attention to detail, Excellent Data Analytical Skills, Stress & Time Management Skills, Confidence and influencing ability, including the ability to address groups of people, Ability to maintain confidentiality of data, Effective oral & written communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies & procedures, MS-Office: Especially spreadsheet skills, for ad hoc reporting and analysis, Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment

Knowledge of HR Systems or databases
What You'll Do.
