This role is pivotal in managing, configuring, and optimizing our Workday platform to support our strategic business objectives across all BMI countries. The successful candidate will grow into a subject matter expert for multiple Workday modules and will be responsible for providing advanced system support, leading enhancement projects, and ensuring data integrity. A primary responsibility of this position is the management and resolution of all Workday-related support tickets submitted through ServiceNow and supporting all Workday-related training needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with technical expertise in Workday and a strong commitment to providing excellent user support. This position will report to the North American HR Technology Team. **Key Responsibilities** **Tier 1, 2, & 3 Support & Ticket Management:** * Manage and resolve all BMI Workday-related tickets raised in ServiceNow in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Triage, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex user and system issues, maintaining clear and consistent communication with end-users throughout the process. * Serve as the primary escalation point for the BMI HR function on all Workday system-related inquiries. **Workday Configuration & Administration:** * Partner with the HR Technology Team on the configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of Workday modules, including HCM Core, Performance Management, Goals, and Absence. * Assist the technical lead for Workday projects, including semi-annual releases, new feature adoption, and
