Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM solutions across global client implementations. Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, define solutions, and recommend best practices aligned with Workday capabilities. Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery quality, scope control, and adherence to timelines. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and translating business needs into system solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday issues through root cause analysis and structured problem-solving. Mentor and support junior consultants, contributing to team development and capability building. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Requirements: 4+ years of experience leading Workday HCM implementations within a consulting or advisory environment. Strong expertise in Core HCM with additional specialization in Workday Recruiting and/or Workday Benefits. Proven ability to lead end-to-end Workday project lifecycles across multiple simultaneous engagements. Strong consulting mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus. Excellent communication skills, including experience working in remote and distributed teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities independently and deliver high-quality results. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall technical aptitude.
