What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM, HRIS product management, or digital HR transformation in a global organization, Proven experience across functional workstreams, PMO governance, vendor/partner management, and executive stakeholder engagement, Familiarity with Workday configuration governance and environment/tenant, Able to peer coach technical teams (Architect/Config leads) while holding functional accountability, Deep expertise in Workday HCM configuration and tenant remediation, Practical knowledge of Workday Security, including domains, business process security, roles, and access-based controls, Understanding of core HR data models, employee lifecycle processes, and localization requirements in global organizations, Knowledge of HR compliance, data privacy principles, and access governance concepts, Ability to translate complex HR and security needs into pragmatic system solutions, Agile mindset and ways of working, Project management and planning, Application design and system integration, Security and compliance of computerized systems, Business acumen, Collaboration and stakeholder management, Ability to communicate complexity with clarity and simplicity, Fluent in English
Nice to Have
Workday HCM Pro certification, Workday Security experience or certification is a plus, Experience integrating Workday with local HRIS and third-party systems is highly desirable

This is a critical role responsible for the **functional ownership, optimization, and governance** of the Workday **Core HCM and Security framework** across a complex global environment. You will lead the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of Workday Core HCM while ensuring **secure, compliant, and scalable access control models** that support Sanofi’s global and local HR operations.
