Full Job Description
## Accountabilities In this role, you will lead integration delivery and AMS operations across assigned client accounts while ensuring high-quality service execution and system stability. Serve as onshore Integration Lead, overseeing Workday Financials integrations and/or Extend workstreams across multiple engagements Apply AMS and implementation methodologies to manage incidents, enhancements, root cause analysis, and ongoing support activities Collaborate closely with global delivery teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and smooth day-to-day operations Maintain and improve Workday platform performance, including reporting, security administration, business process configuration, and data management Ensure SLA compliance and drive operational efficiency across all managed service deliverables Lead stakeholder coordination to resolve risks impacting scope, timelines, or service quality Develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and process improvements to enhance system visibility and business value Provide on-call and holiday support as required to ensure continuous service coverage Guide and mentor Workday consultants across multiple client environments Requirements: This role requires deep Workday expertise combined with strong client-facing and leadership experience in global managed services environments.
