Job Summary As a Workday FINS Engineer reporting to the Director of Business Applications, you'll spearhead the design and execution of Workday features in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. Working in an agile environment, you'll run scrum operating on 2 week sprints to deliver incremental results to your customers. You'll serve as the go-to expert for internal stakeholders, addressing system challenges, changes, and process issues. By analyzing financial reports, processes, and interfaces, you'll uphold data integrity across systems.
