Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST", Bachelors degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of consulting or industry experience delivering ERP OR a Masters degree with a MINIMUM of ONE (1) years of consulting or industry experience delivering ERP solutions. Years of experience can be substituted for a degree such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of SEVEN (7) years of consulting or industry experience delivering ERP solutions, Must have hands-on Workday configuration experience, Experience implementing Human Capital Management, Compensation Management and Advanced Compensation, Prior Experience as a functional consultant or subject matter expert in Human Capital Management business processes, regulations, and reporting requirements, Knowledge of SDLC and/or project methodology, Ability to travel up to 50%

Nice to Have

Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred, Current holder of the following Workday Certifications: HCM Core, Core Compensation, and/or Advanced Compensation, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company, Experience working in Federal Government Human Capital Management (HCM) environments with an understanding of the issues facing agencies today
