**_Job Family_ :** SAAS/PAAS/Cloud Consulting ** _Travel Required_ :** Up to 25% **_Clearance Required_ :** None ** _What You Will Do_ :** * As part of our Workday Practice, you’ll be part of an energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology * As an Extend Lead at Guidehouse, you will be responsible for designing and developing Extend applications for our customers who are implementing Workday as a solution * From initial assessments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday Financials solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions * The applications you create allow our customers’ to operate beyond the Workday standard functionality * Responsibilities include but not limited to: * Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday Extend applications and corresponding integrations * Work directly with clients to perform discovery and extract requirements to deliver design documents * Participate in an innovative, teaming culture to enabled constant innovation and improvement to process and assets * Lead development of internal Extend applications * Actively communicate with other team members on cross functional items * Communicate technical challenges and solutions to internal and client teams * Demonstrate consultative skills * Have a passion for high customer satisfaction levels ** _What You Will Need_ :** * Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of experience implementing Workday; OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of experience implementing Workday. Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of SEVEN (7) years of experience implementing Workday * Current holder of a Workday Certification in Workday Extend * A MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of work experience including integration development and modern integration technology experience (EDI, Web Se
