Current Workday Partner HCM Certification, At least one other HCM solution certification, 2 - 4+ years WD configuration, 2 - 4+ years WD implementation, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, Previous consulting experience, Previous experience deploying Workday, Previous experience deploying SAP, Previous experience deploying Oracle, Previous experience deploying PeopleSoft, Previous experience deploying ADP, Previous experience deploying Ultimate, Demonstrated project management experience, Functional human resources experience, Ability to effectively manage against timelines, Ability to effectively manage against goals, Excellent verbal communication skills, Excellent written communication skills, Business analysis abilities, Requirements gathering abilities, Ability to learn technology quickly, Maintain Workday certifications, Maintain Workday qualifications

Full Job Description
Founded by former Workday clients, we value partnership and engagement as a cornerstone of our business. With years of functional and technical experience in all phases of Workday's deployment life cycle, we can determine the most efficient integration designs and rapid deployment strategies. We develop maintainable solutions and provide support for integration testing and updates for new Workday releases. As a Workday Certified Learning Consultant, you will ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring and testing the Workday HCM solution with a focus on Learning. to meet the specific needs of the client. Foster the development of other Consultants by sharing expertise. May support proposal preparations, deliver demonstrations to clients and speak at conference. This remote role can be located anywhere within the Philippines to perform the required responsibilities. KEY EXPECTATIONS Provide expertise in the Workday HCM suite with a focus on Learning. Lead the following as a member of a deployment team, or coach others to successfully: gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients Work with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model as well as coach others on product knowledge Resolve complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support Collaborate and communicate effectively on team-based projects Facilitate clients’ intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices Maintain clients’ ongoing satisfaction, ensuring Intecrowd is reputable and referenceable once in production Provide regular status re
