The Core HCM AMS Architect is a strategic, client-facing role responsible for providing functional expertise, solution leadership, and advisory support across Workday Core HCM within an AMS (Application Management Services) environment. This role partners closely with clients and internal delivery teams to ensure ongoing optimization, stability, and value realization of the Workday platform post-go-live. The Architect acts as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on enhancements, releases, roadmap strategy, and complex functional solutions. Responsibilities Serve as the functional lead and escalation point for Core HCM and other HCM modules as applicable, within AMS engagements, providing guidance on complex configuration, design, and issue resolution Lead client discovery sessions to understand business requirements, identify optimization opportunities, and define solution approach Deliver Intecrowd’s Review & Recommend offering for clients, and teaching/coaching other consultants to successfully deliver them Architect and recommend scalable Core HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with Workday best practices and client business strategy Provide oversight and quality assurance for enhancements, tickets, and AMS delivery workstreams Support ongoing Workday releases, including impact analysis custom to each client, feature adoption recommendations, and client readiness planning Partner with AMS consultants and delivery teams to ensure accurate solution design, configuration, and testing support Guide clients on roadmap planning, system optimization, and continuous impro
