As a Workday Certified Benefits Consultant, you will ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring and testing the Workday HCM solution (with a focus on benefits), to meet the specific needs of the client. Foster the development of other Consultants by sharing expertise. May support proposal preparations, deliver demonstrations to clients and speak at conference. This remote role can be located anywhere within the United States or Canada to perform the required responsibilities. KEY EXPECTATIONS Provide expertise in the Workday HCM product suite, with deep expertise and experience in U. S. Benefits Lead the following as a member of a deployment team, or coach others to successfully: gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients Work with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model as well as coach others on product knowledge Resolve complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support Collaborate and communicate effectively on team-based projects Facilitate clients’ intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices Maintain clients’ ongoing satisfaction, ensuring Intecrowd is reputable and referenc
