(an Emerson Company) is seeking an accomplished Workday Analyst to join its Business Applications team. Reporting to the Principal Workday Analyst, this role is accountable for the operational excellence, stability, and continuous evolution of the Workday platform. The position serves as a Workday technical support, ensuring delivery of scalable, compliant, and high-performing HR solutions. Based in Bangalore, India, this role partners closely with global HR, IT, and business teams to enable business outcomes through effective Workday design, support, and optimization. ## **Your Impact** * Support day-to-day operational management of the Workday platform, including integrations, onboarding processes, security administration, and production support and service desk tickets. * Monitor and manage Workday integrations on a daily and weekly basis; proactively identify issues, troubleshoot failures, and coordinate timely resolution of data discrepancies. * Analyze business processes and design, configure, and optimize Workday solutions across Core HCM, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, Absence, and Time Tracking. * Design, develop, and maintain Workday security architecture, including domains, roles, role-based access, and security-related reporting. * Build, support, and troubleshoot integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio * Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with Workday best practice
