The successful candidate must function as an expert in Workforce Planning topics and partner closely with HR, Finance and other business leaders to ensure accurate modelling, reporting, and forecasting capabilities, and capable of translating business requirements into technology solutions As a **Workday Adaptive Planning Specialist,** you will also be responsible for: * Demonstrating knowledge of Workday Adaptive planning and take the lead for driving configuration changes for the Workday Adaptive planning modules along with other team members as needed. * Successfully engage and support key stakeholders through all phases of the projects and independent units of work. * Recommending the best solution based on the requirements, budget, and time frame; with the flexibility to adapt the scope as additional needs are identified. * Working with multiple work streams, integration teams, and business organizations to ensure cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated. * Facilitating effective brainstorming and design sessions; anticipate how potential ideas may play out in the organization and what behaviors it will drive. * Staying up to date with the latest Workday releases a
