Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive testing strategies across functional and non-functional areas, including web, mobile, API, and microservices architectures. Develop and execute automated test suites, ensuring scalability, reliability, and integration with CI/CD pipelines. Define test plans, scenarios, and coverage strategies aligned with product and business requirements. Drive quality engineering practices within agile teams, participating in ceremonies and contributing to refinement and planning. Identify risks, dependencies, and critical scenarios early in the development lifecycle, promoting Shift Left practices. Contribute to test automation architecture, frameworks, and tooling improvements across squads. Apply AI-driven testing approaches, including test generation, prioritization, and intelligent automation techniques. Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end quality delivery. Mentor QA professionals and support the evolution of testing maturity within teams and initiatives. Requirements: Solid experience in software testing across functional, regression, integration, API, and exploratory testing. Strong background in test automation for web, mobile, and API-based systems. Experience with modern programming languages used in test automation (e.g., Java, JavaScript, or Python). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests into delivery workflows. Experience working with microservices, distributed systems, and complex integrations. Familiarity with agile methodologies and participation in agile ceremonies. Experience applying Shift Left practices and risk-based testing strategies. Knowledge or hands-on experience with AI applied to testing is a strong plus. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
