Must Have
3+ years of hands-on experience as a WordPress Developer in a professional setting (agency, in-house, or serious freelance work), command of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with deep knowledge of WordPress's template system, hooks, and filters, Proven track record building and maintaining custom themes and plugins — not just configuring off-the-shelf themes, Solid understanding of web performance (caching, CDN, asset optimization, Core Web Vitals), Familiarity with technical SEO best practices (semantic structure, metadata, schema, sitemaps, redirects, indexation), Experience with Git and pull-request-based workflows, Ownership mindset — ability to take a project, spot problems, propose solutions, and execute without micromanagement, Professional level of English, written and spoken (the team works in English and Spanish)

Experience working at a digital agency with multiple websites and clients, Hands-on experience with A testing tools and experimentation on web, Product / UX sensibility — understanding why things are built, not only how, Knowledge of monitoring tools (uptime, errors, performance), Experience integrating third-party APIs (analytics, marketing automation, etc), Basic infra knowledge (hosting, DNS, server configuration), Passion for audio, music, gaming, or content creation
