Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead, mentor, and support a team of data analysts and data professionals to deliver high-quality, actionable insights. Define and implement data analytics strategies aligned with business goals and organizational priorities. Identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex datasets to support data-driven decision-making across teams. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy effective data solutions and dashboards. Manage analytics projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints. Ensure adherence to data governance, quality standards, and data privacy requirements. Present insights, reports, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stay updated with emerging analytics tools, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve capabilities. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. 2–10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles, including team leadership exposure. Strong hands-on experience with SQL for querying, data extraction, and database understanding. Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, or Excel. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and execution. Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions. Ability to work independently in a remote setup and adapt to evening shift requirements.
