_**Job Description**_ BA, BS, English, First Aid & CPR, - Head Coach JV Team \- JV Recruiting Assistant; On Campus Visits \- Assistant Administrator to Varsity Team \- Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach \- Fundraising Coordinator \- Community Relations Coordinator/Service Project Manager, NAIA Coaches * Women’s JV Coach * _Schedule & Plan practices _ * _Work closely with coaches to create the best possible outcome for the student athletes_ * _Meet every 2 weeks with full women volleyball staff_ * _Must attend all JV practice & matches_ * _Act as CU van driver when needed_ * _Pass CU driving test by August 1st_ * _Create JV open gyms and team workouts (Spring & Summer)_ * JV Recruiting Coordinator * _Recruit a roster of 16-18 women’s junior varsity players_ * _Organize recruiting submissions and communicate effectively with varsity head coach and recruits_ * _Weekly update Microsoft Teams Sheets (Shared Document)_ * _Meet every 2 weeks with full women volleyball staff – Update recruiting_ * _Aid recruits through the CU acceptance & financial aid process _ * _Utilize University Athlete, Hudl, Field Level, NCSA, Be Recruited, International Recruiting Services, etc._ * JV _Campus Visit Coordinator_ * _Work in contact with CU athletic admissions staff to ensure campus tour, finical aid visit, admissions conversation, etc._ * _Arrange a team practice and/or athletic facilities tour_ * _Arrange for a practice, open gym, or workout_ * Assistant to Varsity Team * _Track “Make your Mark” Points (Excel) – Submit player of the week to SID office Monday_ * _Aid in Prepping for away Matches_ * _Set-up & Take Down – HUDL Camera for away matches & VolleyMetrics for home matches _ * _Plan and Manage CU Fall Festival – Theme, decorations, set-up, & teardown _ * Academic Monitor * _Study Hall Monitor_ * _Fall – 2 hours each week for Freshman and students below 2.5 GPA_ * _Spring – Those under requirements; having a 2.5 GPA at semester and/or a D or below in a current course_ * _C
