What They're Looking For.
Must Have
H. S. diploma/GED required, One (1) year or more Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, or Transportation industry experience required, One (1) year or more Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Transportation Management System (TMS) knowledge, support, and/or deployment. preferred, One (1) year or more Hardware and/or network knowledge and/or support preferred
Nice to Have
Associate's degree preferred Information Technology or Supply Chain, Experience with Manhattan SCALE WMS or Blue Yonder/ JDA TMS. beginner preferred, Ability to troubleshoot basic WMS configuration such as Allocation, Putaway, and Replenishment rules. beginner preferred, SQL knowledge to write and execute a query as well as export and validate the returned results for accuracy. beginner preferred, Report development and ZPL label generation. beginner preferred
What You'll Do.
Facilitate troubleshooting on WMS/TMS applications
Support local hardware and network troubleshooting
Assist in incident escalation for Operations Team
Document re-occurring issues
Propose long term improvements
Manage hardware and IT assets
Report issues of devices
Manage CMAC asset dashboard
Handle day to day steady state account items
Provide testing support
Provide end user training
Assist with documentation of Standard Work
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with Technology Account Leads; Work with Operations Team; Escalate incidents to extended IT teams; Attend meetings with internal/external customers
Communication Scope
Excellent communication (verbal and written); presentation skills
