What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 3 years of experience working as a personal banker in a bank, Thorough knowledge of standards and instructions required for servicing WM clients, Knowledge of English and Russian languages, High-level proficiency in office computer programs (MS Office), Thorough knowledge of banking products, processes, service technologies, and tariffs, as well as comparative advantages over competitors, Knowledge of using the bank's technological products, Presentation and sales skills and experience in their application, Readiness to work with AI tools and modern technologies
Nice to Have
Higher education (preferably Economics/Finance, also preferably Master's degree MBA)
What You'll Do.
Providing services defined by the WM concept for WM clients (operational
insurance products and operations)
and error-free execution of operations
Developing client relationships
and error-free information to the client regarding account opening procedures and documentation
as well as all aspects related to transactions and bank products
Supporting clients in any banking operations and resolving their banking problems
Analyzing client requirements
providing recommendations on products
and offering the most favorable product
Providing timely and accurate information about new products and technologies to the client in an acceptable format and regularity
Providing financial and other current information about the bank to clients
Providing offers to potential clients in the established format and standards
including electronic presentations
Organizing feedback from potential clients in case of interest
timely telephone and written response to them
Effective organization of work to be performed
Providing explanations to internal audit representatives regarding the audit object
Performing intermediary functions between WM individuals and the bank
in case of interest from the client towards other bank products (except for products intended for WM individuals)
Informing the direct supervisor about the existence of problems in the service process
Temporary performance of additional functions in accordance with the received assignment
