Must Have
Several years of experience in Knowledge Management / Service Operations / Delivery Enablement in an IT service / managed services environment, Demonstrable practical experience in the application of AI technologies in a corporate context, especially in the area of knowledge management, Experience in the selection, introduction and scaling of AI tools, Experience in the coordination and management of projects at the interface between specialist departments, IT and management, Proficient in MS Office, Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written

Establishment and operation of a company-wide Knowledge Transfer (KT) framework (standards
Establishment of AI-supported knowledge transfer: acquisition
retrieval of relevant knowledge
Introduction of KT Playbooks for exit or handover scenarios: internal transfer
Management of KT Governance: regular meetings
Standardization of knowledge transfer for transfers/rotations/promotions
Execution of a 'Minimum Viable KT' protocol considering HR/Legal/Regulatory requirements
Training and coaching of internal teams on effective documentation and handover
Provision of manager toolkits: checklists
Definition of success criteria and metrics for effectiveness testing

Übergabeszenario: interner Wechsel, Kündigung, Renteneintritt, Vertragsende, längere Abwesenheit * Steuerung der KT-Governance: Regeltermine, Risikoreviews, Reporting * Standardisierung von Wissensübergaben bei Transfers/Rotationen/Beförderungen * Durchführung eines “Minimum Viable KT”-Protokolls unter Berücksichtigung von HR/Legal/Regulatory Vorgaben * Training und Coaching interner Teams zu wirksamer Dokumentation und Übergabe * Bereitstellung von Manager-Toolkits: Checklisten, Session-Formate, Zeitpläne, Abnahmekriterien * Definition von Erfolgskriterien und Metriken zur Effektivitätsprüfung **Dein Profil:** * Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Data Science, Technologie-Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Knowledge Management / Service Operations / Delivery Enablement in einem IT-Service-/Managed Services Umfeld * Nachweisbare praktische Erfahrung in der Anwendung von KI-Technologien im Unternehmenskontext, insbesondere im Bereich des Wissensmanagements * Erfahrung in der Auswahl, Einführung und Skalierung von KI-Tools * Erfahrung in der Koordination und Steuerung von Projekten an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und Geschäftsführung * Ch
