What You'll Do.
Drive operational efficiency and scalability for our partners
Act as their internal champion within Wise Platform
Provide advanced-level support and guidance throughout the entire partner lifecycle
Manage the entire operational setup for new partners
Develop and deliver tailored training and workshops for their teams
Set Zendesk to ensure data extraction
Verify information and features against Solution and Overview Matrix pages
Align functional teams to support the new partnerships
Troubleshoot issues and ensure a smooth
effective transition from sales to launch
Build and maintain strong
lasting relationships with partners
Manage longtail accounts
Conduct deep-dives and meetings
Provide quarterly feedback to maintain relationships with key accounts
Provide high-level training and refreshers on our products and financial concepts
Proactively address any roadblocks or issues that arise
Act as a daily liaison
Ensure that partner needs and feedback are heard by internal product and regional teams
Advocate for changes that enhance the partner experience
Actively monitor partner behavior and account activity for signs of dissatisfaction or risk
Proactively intervene to prevent churn and address potential issues before they escalate
Provide expert guidance on financial regulations and compliance standards
Provide a deeper level of technical support
Manage and resolve incidents efficiently
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Aligning functional teams to support new partnerships; Working closely with integration teams; Seamless collaboration with all Wise Platform teams and Wise's regional teams; Communicating with affected partners and internal teams

As an Enterprise Support Specialist for Wise Platform, your mission is to drive operational efficiency and scalability for our partners. You'll be a key liaison, ensuring our partners get the most out of our products by acting as their internal champion within Wise Platform. You will provide advanced-level support and guidance throughout the entire partner lifecycle—from implementation to ongoing optimization. Key Responsibilities: * Partner Onboarding & Implementation: You will manage the entire operational setup for new partners assigned to you in the implementation phase. This includes developing and delivering tailored training and workshops for their teams, setting Zendesk to ensure data extraction, verifying information and features against Solution and Overview Matrix pages, and aligning functional teams to support the new partnerships.
