What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Heavy mechanical aptitude, 21 years of age or older, Class A or CDL with Hazmat endorsement OR obtain within 6 months, Ability to drive a manual vehicle, Ability to work and communicate effectively, Able to work on-call 24/7, Flexibility to remain at well sites for extended periods, Able to travel as required, Clean driving record, Ability to pass a federal background check, Able to use computers for communication, reporting
Nice to Have
Class A or CDL with Hazmat endorsement at time of hire, Hands-on mechanical experience in oil & gas industry
What You'll Do.
Perform tool maintenance
Perform pre-job tool checkout
Perform post-job tool checkout
Rig-up equipment at well site
Rig-down equipment at well site
Service mechanical devices
Build logging cable heads
Perforate cable heads
Maintain well site records
Communicate with District Manager
Promote customer relations
Maintain customer relations
Receive routine work instructions
Receive detailed well site instructions
Perform basic duties at well site
Perform basic duties at shop
Drive company vehicles safely
Observe company regulations
Observe government regulations
Participate in quality improvement efforts
Supervise other Field Operators
Train other Field Operators
Maintain safety awareness at well site
Perform other related duties
