High school diploma or equivalent required, communication and interpersonal skills, Comfortable approaching and engaging customers, Self-motivated with a competitive mindset, Reliable transportation and dependable attendance, Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed, Goal-oriented and motivated by commission, Comfortable working independently inside a retail environment, Adaptable and open to change, Professional, coachable, and eager to learn, Passionate about delivering great customer experiences
Nice to Have
Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience, Wireless, retail, or commissioned sales background, Experience working in a customer-facing environment
What You'll Do.
Engage customers inside retail locations
Identify wireless needs
Promote and sell Verizon phones
Educate customers on Verizon products
Utilize direct fulfillment systems to order devices
Maintain customer relationships
Deliver exceptional service
Meet or exceed sales goals
Sell products and services in a retail store
Maintain professional interaction with customers
Meet or exceed personal sales goals
Welcome customers and offer assistance
Help customers make selections
Accurately document and report sales
Track and communicate all activity
Ensure work station is clean
Submit all paperwork completely
