1+ years wire cutting experience, Basic computer knowledge, Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, Ability to organize and prioritize job tasks, Ability to meet deadlines, Ability to work overtime as needed
Nice to Have
Prior warehouse experience, Certification to operate forklift, Certification to operate hand truck, Certification to operate pallet jack, Certification to operate other warehouse equipment, Knowledge of Radio Frequency scanning devices
What You'll Do.
Contribute to safety culture
Follow Standard Operating Procedures
Address safety concerns
Perform daily machine checks
Operate material handling equipment
Operate powered material handling equipment
Retrieve wire for customer shipments
Cut wire for customer shipments
Examine wire for conformance
Remove defective wire pieces
Fill all orders accurately
Ensure outbound shipments are accurate
Ensure outbound shipments are free of damage
Place reel of wire onto payout spindle
Thread wire through feed rolls
Adjust machine controls
Regulate wire thickness
Regulate cutting length
Regulate stripping length
Maintain minimum standard in wire cuts
Report damage to electronic hardware
Report damage to work machines
Report damage to pipe racks
