Must Have
Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022) – L3 level, Active Directory, DNS, GPO, ADFS, Azure AD, Azure SSO, and Azure application integrations, troubleshooting skills for OS, identity, and authentication issues, monitoring, performance tuning, availability, and capacity management, automation/scripting (PowerShell preferred), IT Infrastructure Managed Services contracts, ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Availability, Capacity), Major Incidents, RCA preparation, and CSI initiatives, manage SLAs, OLAs, and operational KPIs, leading and mentoring L1/L2 teams, communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to work under pressure in critical outage situations, Proactive, analytical, and improvement-driven mindset
Nice to Have
MS Project or other Project Management software, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels
