As a member of the **Systems Engineering team** in Optasia, you will be responsible for the effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of Microsoft-based systems infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuous innovation within the enterprise environment. This role ensures that Windows Server platforms, Azure services, Active Directory, endpoint management systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values and security standards, enabling staff, partners, and stakeholders to operate efficiently and securely. **What you will do** * Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft-based systems for scalability, security, and performance. * Take ownership of Windows and Azure architecture decisions, contributing to long-term infrastructure strategy and roadmap planning. * Design and manage enterprise Active Directory environments, including GPO governance and identity management. * Administer and optimize Windows Server 2022 / 2025 environments. * Manage and enhance Microsoft Intune for endpoint lifecycle management, compliance enforcement, and secure device provisioning. * Architect and support Azure environments, including identity, networking, backup, and disaster recovery solutions. * Act as a technical authority during critical incidents: diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Microsoft-related production issues under pressure. * Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell and A
