What You'll Do.
and maintain Windows 11 operating systems and related hardware/software
Provide advanced troubleshooting for Windows 11 workstations
and group policies via Active Directory
Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune
or similar endpoint management solutions
Oversee system updates
and security patches using Windows Update for Business
Automate routine tasks and deployments using PowerShell and other scripting tools
Maintain system documentation
configuration records
and standard operating procedures
Provide technical support to end-users
and ensure high customer satisfaction
Participate in system upgrades
and hardware lifecycle management
Test and validate new hardware for Windows 11 compatibility
