This role involves managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. **What You 'll Work On:** * Security and Hardening: Enforce federal security postures by applying and maintaining STIGs across Windows Server, Active Directory, and DNS environments. Remediate vulnerabilities identified by security scans. * Active Directory Migrations: Lead and execute complex, secure Active Directory migrations across different enclaves, domains, or agency networks, ensuring zero downtime for critical mission operations. * Infrastructure and Identity Management: Design, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, complex Active Directory (AD) structures, DNS, and secure Group Policy Objects (GPOs). * Enterprise Deployment: Leverage SCCM or MECM for secure patch management, software distribution, and mandatory operating system deployments across classified and unclassified networks. * Automation and Compliance Scripting: Develop and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts to automate configuration management, auditing, and continuous compliance monitoring. * Web Server Administration: Configure, optimize, and secure Internet Information Services (IIS) web servers hosting sensitive agency applications. * Advanced Troubleshooting: Act as the Tier 3 escalation lead, utilizing root-cause analysis to diagnose and resolve
