We are seeking a strong **Windows System Admin** with a blend of hands-on infrastructure engineering expertise, strong technical depth in Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, AWS, patching, basic command-line administration, and a foundational understanding of shell scripting. You will bring deep Windows server administration experience in On-Prem and Cloud environments, AWS or Azure, Networking. Manage a small team to delegate tasks, and you will be engaging with client to make sure all systems and apps are working seamlessly. _What you will do:_ * **Onsite** : performing day-to-day operational tasks to validate all systems are in a healthy state while looking for ways to continually improve this process through automation * **Manage** a small team of support engineers to assign issues and follow up on resolution. * **Hands on** technical expertise for issues resolution, know how to script, determine and fix the problems with incidents. * **Check** availability, latency, scalability and efficiency of services by engineering reliability into software and systems * **Respond** to and resolve emergent service problems, document knowledge and build automation tools to prevent problem recurrence * **Leverage** Application Performance Monitoring tools to diag
