What You'll Do.
Administer and maintain Microsoft SCCM / Endpoint Configuration Manager
Monitor SCCM infrastructure health and troubleshoot issues
Create and manage collections
and deployment policies
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and internal teams
Respond to and resolve system-related incidents and service requests
Implement and maintain security best practices for system administration
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments IAW NIST 800-53
Ensure compliance with IT policies and regulatory requirements
Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies
Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity
Test and validate disaster recovery procedures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations and procedures
Generate regular reports on system performance
