As a Windchill Workflow Developer , you will be part of our global engineering and IT organization. You will design, implement, and optimize workflows and automations within our PTC Windchill environment—creating a stable, scalable, and efficient foundation for our global PLM processes. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and international IT colleagues and contribute significantly to the continuous development of our PLM system landscape. Your Responsibilities : * Develop, customize, and optimize Windchill workflows , lifecycle templates, and business rules * Design, implement, and document automation solutions (e.g. change management workflows) Implement Java‑based Windchill customizations (server‑side code, UI customizations, InfoEngine tasks) * Analyze process requirements and translate them into technical solution concepts * Ensure high performance, stability, and maintainability of the Windchill platform * Collaborate closely with engineering teams to continuously improve product development processes * Provide 3rd‑level support, root‑cause analysis, and problem resolution in the Windchill environment * Create and maintain technical documentation of workflows and system configurations ## Qualifications * Degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field * Ideally
