What You'll Do.
Become a Multi-Skilled Authorised Technician under the EDFR Wind Turbine Safety Rules working on one or more Wind Turbine Variants.
Opportunity to become a High Voltage Single Feed Senior Authorised Person under EDFR E &M Safety Rules.
Undertake Major Component (Gearbox
Transformer etc) Replacements.
Complex fault finding and repair on Electrical
Hydraulic and Convertor Systems both remotely and at the Wind Turbine.
Complete Scheduled Maintenance to high standards and take pride of the assets that you maintain.
Complete internal & external technical and safety training to develop your skills.
Typically work in a two-person working party within a supportive team environment.

We are EDF Renewables - a dedicated and forward-thinking owner-operator with an extensive pipeline of new wind projects, committed to your safety, well-being, and a great employee experience. Reward: £37,700 - £54,200 according to experience (We have a graded reward package to suit new entrants to the renewables industry through to the most experienced Wind Turbine Technicians). Working hours - New Technician (37hrs) plus overtime is available.
