18+ months in current role, 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, marketing enablement, or a GTM‑supporting role, Deep understanding of sales cycles, GTM motions, and field enablement needs, organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, Clear, compelling written and verbal communication abilities, Experience with content management systems, Ability to thrive in both independent and highly collaborative environments, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

and metadata to enhance content discoverability and user experience
Monitor content engagement and usage data
applying insights to improve content strategy and platform performance
Uphold content governance standards to ensure consistency
and a trustworthy content ecosystem
Stay current on Highspot capabilities

and industry trends while driving innovation and platform improvements
