What You'll Do.
Lead site risk assessment
Establish site WHS training matrix
Lead implementation of site specific WHS standards
Lead implementation of site WHS objective
Promote safe culture among employees
Perform frequent site safety audits
Work with Operations team to implement solutions
Attend to incidents and occupational injuries
Guide and assist area managers on incident investigations
Assist Ops team in Gensuite follow up
Audit record-keeping practices
Ensure Gensuite entries aligned with standards
Ensure PPE inventory at site
Coordinate with procurement for order placement
Monitor and support KSR Audit weekly assignment
Ensure basic Fire Fighting training completion
Ensure first aid training completion
Perform Daily Powered Industrial Tool inspection
Perform Daily Trailer Dock Release inspection
Monitor and support Daily Action Tracking System
Participate in site management safety walk
Provide insight into unsafe acts
Provide insight into unsafe conditions
Provide daily update to Country WHS Manager
Prepare WHS committee meeting agenda
Write WHS committee meeting MOM
Create WHS committee meeting ATS
Review and sign off Daily Permit to Work
Lead on WHS related procurement
Follow up on WHS procurement
Prepare emergency response plans
Manage emergency drills
Conduct emergency drills
Manage preparation of emergency drills
Manage training of emergency drills
Prepare records for emergency drills
Support site specific requests
Support unplanned events
Support unplanned activities
Conduct daily WHS audits
Conduct weekly WHS audits
Inspect hazard waste room
Inspect first aid room
