Must Have

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Work flexible schedule/shift/work area, Experience in safety/environmental programs, 2+ years customer-facing experience, 2+ years warehousing experience, 2+ years logistics experience, 2+ years manufacturing experience

Nice to Have

Master's degree in Health and Safety, 2+ years supply chain experience, Experience in stakeholder management

What You'll Do.

Partner with site operations team

Execute company safety policies

Ensure compliance to regulations

Leverage lean principles

Lead continuous improvement initiatives

Reduce conditional risk

Reduce ergonomic risk

Build trust and confidence

Provide risk assessments

Provide safety data analysis

Instruct operations leaders

Train operations leaders

Incorporate safety standards

Identify best practices

Incorporate best practices

Lead safety team members

Create leadership development plans

Communicate safety team expectations

Give feedback to safety teams

Ensure execution to core competencies
