Must Have
Bachelor's degree in safety, Bachelor's degree in environmental, Equivalent degree
Nice to Have
3+ years WHS experience, 3+ years environmental programs experience, Experience in manufacturing EHS, Experience in production EHS, Experience in service operations EHS, Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Experience in Distribution Center EHS, Experience implementing lean principles, Experience implementing process improvement

Lead WHS & Safety team
Create leadership development plans

Give feedback to safety teams
Ensure execution to core competencies
Partner with Stakeholders for WHS compliance
Partner with Stakeholders for environmental compliance
Facilitate safe operations
Maintain risk assessments
Recommend control measures
Maintain audit records
Maintain Austin entries
Identify safety improvement projects
Scope safety improvement projects
Roll out safety improvement projects
Analyse Near Miss data
Analyse Dragonfly inputs
Educate on WHSMS procedures
