We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Trucking Insurance Underwriter/Broker to join our Transportation team. This role is responsible for evaluating, quoting, and managing new and renewal business within the commercial auto and trucking sector. The ideal candidate can manage a high-volume workload while maintaining strong relationships with retail agency partners and carriers, making informed, data-driven underwriting decisions that align with strategic growth and profitability goals. Key Responsibilities Underwriting Surplus Lines license is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of agency management systems (e.g., AMS360, IMS) a plus Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment The starting annual pay scale for this position is listed below.
