Full Job Description
**Department** We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to join the Sales team of Robeco Singapore for **a ****six month period**. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the asset management industry, supporting commercial activities in a dynamic and international environment. Robeco serves both the wholesale and institutional business segments. Today, the local team consists of more than 17 professionals dedicated to supporting clients across the South-East Asian market. **Position & Requirements** _Key responsibilities:_ * Supporting the Wholesale (PB & Retail) business team in day-to-day activities. * Geographic Responsibility: South East Asia * Client Segment covered : Wholesale (PB & Retail) * Licensing requirement for performing Sales Support in Singapore _Main tasks_ * Primary objective is to provide sales, account management and client relationship support to enable the Wholesale sales team to meet their annual run rate revenue targets. * Provide support directly to the Wholesale team members in their responsibility of strengthening client relationships, creating cross sell opportunities with existing clients, and in developing new business opportunities. * Coordination and delivery of RFP/RFIs, presentations and other adhoc client requests. * To be a champion of the CRM system, supporting the sales teams in account planning, maintenance of marketing lists and other adhoc CRM reports as requested by management. * Logistical support for events or roadshows hosted / attended by sales * Work with Sales Representatives to attend client meetings and events through the course of the year. * Participate in both internal and external sales calls * Co-ordination with other sales support officers based through Asia Pacific & the Middle East to ensure consistency and high levels of efficiency. _Minimum requirements of successful candidate_ * 5-7 years of experience in a financial support role at a reputa
