What You'll Do.
Process applications for submission
Work with loan officers
Work with underwriters
Work with title companies
Obtain conditions from third parties
Scan file documentation
Upload file documentation into LOS
Clear loan conditions with applicants
Communicate with loan officers
Analyze Credit documents
Analyze income documents
Analyze tax returns documents
Analyze asset documents
Ensure confidentiality of client files
Provide coverage for Pipeline Coordinators
Provide coverage for Wholesale Operations positions
Create shared documents
Maintain shared documents
Adapt to varying workloads
Provide support where needed
Work as part of a team
Perform other duties as assigned
Perform mortgage related tasks
