What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, reservations, or a related field, At least 1 year of hands-on supervisory or team lead experience in a performance-driven environment, experience working in a metrics-driven setting (e.g., BPO, shared services, or contact center), Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, direct, and constructive feedback, problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced operational environments, Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision, Professional and confident in handling escalations and challenging conversations, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for tracking and reporting, Must be willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga on a night shift schedule, Must be comfortable working flexible schedules, including weekends when required
Nice to Have
A college degree is preferred

Conduct structured coaching sessions
and performance reviews to maintain service excellence

Analyze performance metrics and identify actionable improvements to efficiency and output
