What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be able to read and write in English, Need to obtain forklift certification within 15 days, Obtain a Weigher’s and Sampler’s license to sample tankers and a State Pasteurizer license
What You'll Do.
Clean outside of Whey plant
Inspect the CIP filters
Complete pre-operational inspections
Maintain clean CIP tanks
Check chemical strengths
Assist other employees in cleaning
Lift and move 55-gallon containers
Monitor CIP equipment and chemicals
Visually check equipment after CIP
Perform plant sanitation duties
Break down and clean equipment
Change seals and gaskets
Perform housekeeping duties
Overtime required on down days
Perform the Charm SL test
Pull samples for laboratory analysis
CIP Milk and Cream Silos
Operate and CIP the Milk UF
Clean all drains in raw area
Load out liquid products
Stock chemicals for next day CIP
Perform gasket inspections
Maintain raw CIP tanks
Maintain sanitizer baths
Make production and CIP connections
Complete master sanitation list
Perform SAP functions
Maintaining Food Safety and Quality
