What You'll Do.

Be the Project owner of a portfolio of games and as such be the point of contact of HQ Publishing and Marketing team for the Western European team.

Plan the regional team work to track delivery

and priorities to make sure strategy actually turns into execution.

Conduct product analysis and optimization for all titles under regional publishing.

Collaborate with local teams to provide insights and adjustment recommendations based on regional user preferences

driving overall product improvement and key metric enhancement.

Develop overarching operational strategies for regional product publishing.

Formulate localized activities and commercialization initiatives based on regional user preferences to boost user engagement and monetization.

Analyze target user groups and product selling points to define core audiences and key features.

Collaborate with local marketing teams to formulate effective promotion strategies

dynamically guiding adjustments in community

and market outreach efforts.

Leverage metrics from testing/pre-registration/wishlist/acquisition/engagement/retention/monetization to lead team-wide analysis and user studies.
