The Engineering Department at Micron focuses on exploring new horizons in technology and innovation. As a FAB Engineer, you will be an important member of our driven engineering team located in Taiwan. This is an outstanding chance to impact world-class semiconductor production and join a company that consistently leads the industry. ## Responsibilities: * Establish and improve process conditions and technology. * Upgrade process capability to reduce production costs. * Develop and implement process management projects. * Set up process parameters for various semiconductor equipment. * Assess, advocate for, and coordinate the incorporation of new equipment and materials. * Conduct abnormal analysis and drive improvement initiatives. ## Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related area, or equivalent practical experience. * Demonstrated expertise in semiconductor manufacturing processes. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Ability to determine and successfully implement process improvements. ## Preferred Qualifications: * Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. * Experience with process management and project
