Four-year degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of relevant Pets. Consumables and/or Private Label sourcing & manufacturing experience, Demonstrated leadership skills including strategic thought and conceptual thinking, Ability to work effectively with varying internal & external partners globally to achieve business results, negotiation and vendor management skills, analytical and financial skills to inform and influence decision-making, Ability to prioritize among competing deliverables and collaborate with and influence a broad group of partners and stakeholders, Ability to travel as needed

manage global relationships in partnership with the buying team

The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
