Wir suchen für den Standort Berlin zum schnellstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n _**Werkstudent:in Content Creation Atlantic Records Germany (m/w/d) 20 Std./Woche**_ **Das sind die Aufgaben** * **Creative Brain:** Du unterstützt unser Content-Team aktiv bei kreativen Prozessen rund um anstehende Musik-Releases und bringst frische Ideen ein. * **Content Creation:** Du wirkst an der Konzeption, Produktion sowie dem Upload von Social Media Content für unsere Artists mit * **Shootings & Production:** Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Content-Dreharbeiten – vom eigenständigen Handling von Kamera, Ton und Licht vor Ort bis zur Post-Production (Videoschnitt etc.). * **Plattform-Optimierung:** Du bearbeitest Bestandsmaterial sowie angelieferten Content blitzschnell und plattformgerecht – mit klarem Fokus auf TikTok, Instagram (Reels) und YouTube (Shorts). * **Workflow Champion:** Du entwickelst eine effiziente Struktur für unsere Auftragsabwicklung, damit Produktionen reibungslos von der Idee bis zum Upload laufen. **Das gesuchte Profil** * **Passion for Music:** Du brennst für Musik sowie Kunst und bist als eingeschriebene:r Student:in (z. B. Grafik-, Kommunikations- oder Mediendesign) bereit, Theorie in Praxis zu verwandeln. * **Social Media Native:** Du lebst Social Media, kennst die neuesten Content-Trends und weißt genau, wie virale, vertikale Kurzvideos aufgebaut sein müssen. * **Tech- & Software-Skills: **Du beherrschst gängiges Kamera-, Licht- und Tonequipment und verleihst Videos, Bildern und Grafiken in CapCut oder der Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) das gewisse Etwas. * **Plattform-Expertise:** Die In-App-Editoren und plattformspezifischen Features von TikTok, Instagram und YouTube sind dein absolutes Zuhause. * **Creative Mind:** Du sprudelst vor kreativen Ideen, denkst out-of-the-box und ha
