Een duurzame, winstgevende en aangename toekomst voor een melkveehouder door robotisering, engineering en boerenkennis te combineren, daar geloven we in. Dat begon ruim 75 jaar geleden met een droom van twee broers in Maassluis. Sindsdien zijn we innovatieve koploper in geautomatiseerde systemen voor melkveehouders over de hele wereld. Met 2,300 gespecialiseerde professionals werken we constant aan nieuwe agrarische revoluties. Dat doen we nog steeds vanuit onze Campus in Maassluis, het gebouw met de hoogst haalbare duurzaamheidsprestaties van Nederland, maar ook wereldwijd. Met als doel, melkveehouden voor een volgende generatie (ook) interessant te maken. Lely groeit hard. Daarom is ons Talent Acquisition team continu bezig met één belangrijke uitdaging: de juiste mensen op het juiste moment aan de juiste plek verbinden. Recruitment is allang niet meer alleen cv's beoordelen. Bij Lely draait Talent Acquisition om groei, innovatie en het bouwen van teams die de toekomst van onze organisatie vormgeven. Je werkt mee in een internationaal team van specialisten op het gebied van recruitment, employer branding, sourcing en campus recruitment en doet waardevolle praktijkervaring op naast je studie. Geen bijbaan waarin je alleen ondersteunt, maar een rol waarin je écht impact maakt op de groei van onze organisatie. ## Qualifications Als Werkstudent Talent Acquisition ondersteun je het team bij uiteenlopende recruitmentactiviteiten en krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: * Ondersteunen bij het plannen en coördineren van sollicitatiegesprekken * Voeren van eerste telefonische screenings met kandidaten * Schrijven en optimaliseren van vacatureteksten * Ondersteunen bij campus recruitment activiteiten, evenementen en bedrijvendagen * Meedenken over employer branding en recruitmentmarketing initiatieven * Ondersteunen bij de onboarding van nieuwe collega's * Bijhouden van recruitmentdata en administratieve processen binnen ons A
